Hey!
I'm Outi, a documentary photographer based in Helsinki.
I like to have fun with colors, shapes and moments. A strong passion for street photography, music, art, yoga and a huge animal lover! Raw sun light and dark shadows keeps me going.
My travels in global south and various works with refugees has made a huge impact on me as a person and as a photographer. The most recent work trip was for Finnish Refugee Council in Uganda's refugee settlements. I did a photographic study on the impact of climate change on refugees lives.
I've been working with Helsingin Sanomat and in other media houses as well. I do al lot with NGO's as Suomen Pakolaisapu, Kotimajoitusverkosto and Greenpeace to mention few. My recent clients has been Content House and other commercials.
I'm always up for new assignments, give me a call and let's talk more!
Peace.
